ORDERS + SHIPPING
Orders are processed and dispatched between 1-3 business days. To estimate your time to delivery, add this to the time indicated by your shipping method (Standard, Overnight, International). Standard shipping is typically 5-7 business days.
Orders are in transit on business days only. We provide free shipping on domestic orders over $100, and free two-day shipping on domestic orders over $200 (when available).
Tax: A sales tax of 7.5% will be charged to California orders only. Any orders outside the state of California are not subject to sales tax.

International orders: We currently offer international shipping which typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the customs process in the destination country. Westerly is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you may be charged is dutycalculator.com. Please note that with these shipping methods, transit times may vary depending on customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Westerly does not retro-actively apply discounts. Any discounts to be credited to the order total must be entered at the time of checkout without exception.
HOW DO I RETURN?
Please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return. Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer (while exchanges are free - see below section on exchanges). Please allow 3-5 days after we have received your return for processing. Send returns to: 1515 7th St. #54, Santa Monica, CA 90403.
15 DAY RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items (with the exception of "clearance items" - see below) within 15 days from date of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when they arrived. All original tags and labels (including hygienic strips) must be attached. Westerly has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned. If they are not, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Any items under $100 are considered "clearance items", and are final sale. Please email us if you have any questions on fit or product specifications before purchasing our clearance items.
Westerly offers free shipping on exchanges if you would like to try an alternate size or style. Email us at email@example.com and we will provide a return shipping label.
Exchanges must also be received within 15 days of delivery of the order in order to be accepted.

CARE FOR YOUR WESTERLY PIECES
We recommend hand washing your swimwear in cold water with a gentle soap. To dry, lay flat in the shade. Do not put your swimwear in a washer or dryer. Westerly suits are made from soft, fine fabrics, and are not treated with any chemicals to make them resistant to stains or discoloration. Avoiding heavily chlorinated pools, rough surfaces, as well as getting them in contact with sunscreens and other-oil-based liquids.
